I bought this game called Dynowarz for the Nintendo when I was about 11. I beat the whole thing in less then 3 hours, the same day I bought it. I think that counts.
EDIT: Has anyone here actually PLAYED Pong or Pacman? Both of those games are hideously difficult to actually beat, even if their graphics are old.

Easiest game I ever played was Combat for Atari. Two Tanks or Planes (or 3 on one) trying to shoot each other. What can be easier then that.

PONG. It may have been the very first video game .
It was played like table tennis.
It consisted of a small moving white block and two larger, controllable, ones. The moving one acted/responded like a ball, and the other two seved as paddles to bounce it.
