First of all congratulations on your pregnancy. It sounds as if this is your first.
What you described is NORMAL so don't be afraid. Make sure you eat 6 small meals/snacks throughout the day and drink a lot of fluids. I would eat soda crackers in the morning and also at night in addition to my other meals.
These symptoms will go away but you will have to put up with them until week 12-14, so not that much longer and you should feel much better.
I LOVED being pregnant, I envy you.

You are just experiencing hormonal changes. You are very aware of your body now and probably a bit nervous. Educate yourself so you won't be so worried. A good book to read is called, What to Expect Now that You are Expecting. You can find it at any bookstore. It is fun to read about the changes of your body and the growth of the baby. Lots of medically sound advice is in this book.
When you experience the faint and dizzy spells it is probably because you are getting up too quickly from a seated position. Rise slowly. If you were laying down, sit up first and let your legs dangle to the floor for a moment. Then rise slowly. If you feel nauseous, sip a little cold water and a saltine before getting up. Keep this by your bedside.
You have a long way to go before you deliver. Dont' spend it anxious and afraid of the unknown. Get the book!
This is a blessed event that you should enjoy! A calm and happy pregnancy will give you a calm and happy baby. Anxious and jittery moms often deliver colicky and cranky babies!
You can do this. MILLIONS of women before you have! Make sure you are getting good prenatal care and eat a healthy diet. Get plenty of rest and take folic acid which helps cell development and growth for you and the baby. Congratulations and best wishes for a speedy delivery and healthy baby.

The most important thing for you to be sure of is not having a high blood pressure. Otherwise it is a very common experience for pregnant women to feel faint and dizzle. The usual main cause is anemia so be careful with your diet to have enough protein and iron rich foods, iron and folic supplements may be needed. That would help to improve the situation. Someone already mentioned about sudden change of position (standing): when getting up, rise gradually. If you will maintain your blood pressure within normal range and be successful of resolving anemia, and no other conditions get in the process, then you will be free from such dizzy feelings. Anyway, I am concerned about the pain of abdomen you mentioned as I believe it is not normal during pregnancy. I advice you to see your doctor for careful examination and investigations to be sure of your health and safe pregnancy.

This is a common symptom of this time in your pregnancy. The symptoms should begin to go away in about a month after your first trimester is over. In the meanwhile, talk to your doctor about what you can do to deal with them now.

I think you really need to talk to your Dr. Don't fool around when it comes to your baby. I was so bad Anemic when I was pregnant I had to go and get weekly injections so I wouldn't pass out. Your health affects your baby, so when something doesn't feel right, ask your Dr.
