start/control panel/Network and internet connections

then go to "internet options" then click on the "security" tab. Near the top left their should be what looks like a caution symbol with the text "Restricted Sites" below it. Click on this and then push the button "sites" which appears. Type in:

http://www.myspace.com/*

including the /* at the end of .com will block all extensions etc from myspace. (You may also want to block myspace .co.uk) Click Add and you should be good to go!

For that, you need Zone Alarm. It allows you to set the names of the sites you don't trust and don't want to visit.
(Seems like somebody's addicted to it)

you could always switch off the computer..or you could hypnotise yourself by looking in the mirror and repeating over and over again "I must not go into myspace " .....please....!!!!!
