i am currently living with my south african boyfriend in south africa. he wants to immigrate to canada as soon as possible.i am canadian and we want to get married but we looked into it and the rules state that u cant have a criminal record if u want to immigrate under any circumstance. he just got busted for smoking a joint. it wasnt even anything serious. his country has a **** legal system and he didnt even get a trial. they wont excuse his record for 10 years in south africa. any suggestions?

during your interview say you were politically persecuted, didn't inhale, and then just rant on for 20 mins about a bunch of anti-american crap that doesn't make any sense. you will be fine.

No, he can't get in, he needs to clean up his act. Pot is illegal, besides even if you would marry him now, it will take years before he will be able to join you and you will have to be in Canada and him in South Africa when you apply for his immigration through marriage.. And talking bad about Americans will not help you either, because even though they might not like us, the majority here likes them.

i think of its great yet what would make me even happier would be to work out the administrative. bust the h#ll out of the corporation!because it relatively is a month from now Koch meals would have replaced the illegals with greater illegals.you need to hit those sorry business enterprise's of their financial business enterprise bills
