hi, i'd suggest creating a competition with local schools for children to enter and suggest names - they will come up with some imaginative ideas and you could perhaps give away an MP3 player or something as a prize. this will also raise awareness and promote your business to the target market.
and for good PR measure why not get it included in your local newspaper, especially a photograph of the presentation of the prize to the winner, and therefore announcing the name of your new business!
