i'd like to have a list of the universities that has MBA worldwide (specially usa) but in a ranking order?

it is easy to find index or something listing universities, but i want to know those universities or business schools that grant MBA. i also want to know the ranking of these universities or business schools, like that of the top ten, but i can use even more than just the top ten in each country.

There are a number of publications that rank MBA schools (though most of these publications focus on US schools only). Here are some of them
