Although I live in Dubai, I have never been to Riyadh, and never intend to. However, from what I have heard, Riyadh may very well be the most boring city in the universe, provided you don't drive. Then it gets very exciting, in a very bad way.
In the US, Birmingham Alabama deserves serious consideration. I grew up there, and went back to visit recently, with every intention of showing my wife the best possible time. After Vulcan, it was a real struggle to find ANYTHING in that sad little town worth seeing. I would spend a month in Atlanta before I spent another day in Birmingham.

it has got to be Manchester, London, leeds, leicester, plymouth, or any other cities in england as they are all boring, thinking more of finances instead of entertainment for the locals,Manchester council are only interested in gaining grants to build build build on the understanding that the local people gain and regeneration will change the city for the good.Complete bullshit they are only concerned about money in the council coffers. they held the commonwealth games a few years ago which was very successful for the powers that be etc but not for the locals, they never gained anything at all neither did the rest of the north west. the same will happen with the so called super casino etc.

I agree. Any city or place in Saudi Arabia. It is the most boring country on earth. I work there and consider my time there akin to being in prison. Can't wait for the day when I have enough money to get out for good and never come back.

West Seneca is not a city, but it is a boring suburb of a really boring city - Buffalo. I can identify with you dude!
Utah must also be pretty boring, and I'm assuming any city in a "dry" country.
