For the most part Canadians are kind, polite, and peaceful people. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say most of the beef between Canada and the US comes from the Republican party. All my friends are democrats. Republicans are the ones with the superiority complex.

right here in Canada it relatively is an unstated custom that on each occasion there's a sluggish information day the media revive the great Canadian Inferiority complicated debate. Canadian nationalism is a humorous beast. maximum folk count quantity our fortunate stars that we are Canadian. Many would bypass directly to assert that they are even gladder to no longer be American. and then they might cap the previous assertion via watching, with delight, that many famous human beings ARE Canadian. yet-hi-a minimum of we are able to snicker at ourselves.

I'm proud to be a Canadian. I don't feel one bit inferior and neither do any other Canadians
I know. I was born and raised in N.Y. but would never go back. I've been here since 1963
and love my country. Inferior? I don't think so.

The Canadian's "inferiority complex" you speak of may be the USA's "superiority complex" in disguise and only be felt on one side of the border (every Canadian I've known is proud of their country).

When I was a child, I remember studying from a book called Canada, Our Friendly Neighbor to the North. Later on I moved overseas and met Canadians and was surprised that they disliked us so much. I never felt superior to them. Canada was and still is just this big beautiful country above us.

Not at all. I'm Canadian and quite frankly, I could care less what other countries think of us. Unless you live here or have spent alot of time and understand how great it is to be Canadian, the opinions of others means nothing to me....

I resided in Canada for many yrs, 15 to be exact. The majority beleive Americans are arrogant, ignorant, & not the smartest tools in the shed, so to speak. They also are not crazy about how we do business with many of the countries that we claim to be our allies.

They definitely know us a lot better than we know them. They are constantly observing us and improving themselves along the way ! We set plenty of examples of what not to be or do ---- they benefit and definitely have no "complex" !
