i got cut on my arm this morning it wasn't an accident, i don't self harm, no one else did to me...how did i get cut???

you really did not get cut, because if you did not do it and nobody else, you are just talking to be talking... We all know your dog did not do it, cat, or any other animal on this planet

Is it deep or just a scratch? It could be that you were bitten by an insect and had to scratch yourself in your sleep. Check your bed properly. You could have just cut yourself on some sharp edge of the bed or something you'd left lying around. I don't think it's anything to worry about... seriously.

You got bit on the arm by a poisonous snake and had to cut out the poison..

sometimes you cut yourself accidentally without feeling it because it's too fast so you could not feel it. you might have walk passed soemtimes that cut u accidentally.
