When I am writing something or in this case asking a question on Yahoo Answers.
I always capitalise the words of question like I have done as the above

English Punctuation

I have just wrote a 21st birthday card and in the card I have put Health & Happiness as I have put here.
I do this because I want to emphasise these points.

Is this bad English or just my way of expressing the main point.

Any answers thank you.

In the cases that you quote, you are using the capitalisation because the words are a title - the title of a story, essay, or withn the card - they are always in capitals, except for words like in, the, a, at etc.

In written English capital letters are used at the beginning of a sentance and for names.

In the above sentance, In has a capital letter because it is the first word in the sentance, English has a capital letter because it is the name of the language.

Health & Happiness is fine if used as a subject heading, but not in a sentance. If you wish to emphasise any particular words I suggest you either put them in italic or bold, or if you are hand writing the letter, underline.

It's OK, not grammatically perfect, but it's expressive. And isn't THAT what communication is supposed to be?
