If you buy a new hard drive every single file would be gone because your hard drive is where all files are hidden but the hard drive is a part that you have to remove from the computer but i'm warning you because you will have to download an operating system and when i say that I mean like you have to download Apples operating system or what ever is your choice. But youu also can go to my computer click on hard drive and you can delete every file from there or you could go to Add and Remove in control panel.

as you have said "all history", the best option would be a large electromagnet (tape eraser).
The thing is most networks log most of your access to websites, and therefore deleting files on your PC becomes "minor housekeeping"
if you have been anywhere you shouldn't have, chances are your it-security dept already knows...

to do away with all of the information superhighway website and momentary records that sluggish the comp, bypass to start, courses, upload-ons, device techniques, then disk cleanup. only examine each and all of the packing containers, and click the ok. And to do away with courses, bypass to start, click administration panel, and bypass to "upload or do away with courses" there it is going to teach a itemizing of the known public records on ur laptop. yet make advantageous u do away with the records that u know what they r so as that u dont by probability uninstall significant stuff like modem drives and pics courses and stuff like that
