Is a department store which selling items in "more economic" price.
You may alight @ Bugis MRT station and cross over the road, you will see a KFC there, is just a few shop away from KFC.
The alternative is to get the "original" Crocs shoe @ Vivo City #01-63 or Marina Square #03-134 .
