I'm sure I read somewhere once in one of the gutter press (Mirror, Sun, Star etc) that Charles did at one point order a paternity test done on Harry just to be certain. I'm assuming that if such a test was carried out it came back in favour of Charles, but it is certainly not beyond the realms of possibility. The usual name implicated is James Hewitt, Dian's former riding instructor. There is some doubt over when he first met the princess and when the affair began, hence why Harry's paternity is open to conspiracy theorists. Officially of course, the line from Buckingham Palace is "no comment", refusing to confirm or deny anything - hence the rumours.

That is a long-standing rumor, but it's unlikely. According to Diana, her affairs started a few years after Harry was born.
The only way to be sure it a DNA test, and the Royal Family is adamant about not even leaving enough DNA of Harry's anywhere, in case a tabloid would get it and have it checked.

Hewitt did not know Diana, untill after Harry was born. If I were Harry, and heard that you had been asking such a question about my dead mother, I would seek you out ( Harry could easily do that with his connections) and `sort you out`. Harry ,I am sure is quite capable of doing that also. How would you feel, If someone posted a question like this about you and your mother?

Do you really think that Prince Charles has not had a DNA test done on Harry just in case?

Well I do think that he used to bare a certain resemblance to James Hewitt, but I think as he's got older he's definitely started looking more and more like Charles. So my overall answer would have to be no.

I think Harry looks a LOT like Diana's brother. The one who gave her eulogy.

It's a conspiracy...
But to me, it wouldn't matter if he was or wasn't...
Non of the publics business.
Well it is because they are/were Royals,
But it's still nothing I would go on a quest for the truth on...
