The song is from The Proclaimers. The name is "I'm Gonna Be(500 Miles)" The Proclaimers are two Scottish brothers. There music is very good. If you like that song I recommend "I'm On My Way" and "Sunshine On Leith."

The correct title is, "I'M GONNA BE (500 MILES)." It was recorded by The Proclaimers, who were a Pop duo (identical twin brothers Craig and Charlie Reid, born on 03/05/62) from Edinburgh, Scotland. The song reached #3 on Billboard in 1993.
By the way, it's a favorite of mine, too.

It is called simply 500 miles and the version I know is by The Proclaimers.... not a new song though so depending on your age and where you are hearing it, there might be a remake.
