It's probably because she fried her hair dying it so much. Haven't you noticed that the stars will have a bob cut one day wear those hair extensions like their hair has grown overnight and then they start looking real bad. She will probably wear a wig until some of her hair grows back and then start the dying and extension process all over again! LoL!
