First we have to go to a presentation - we are not stupid we know it is timeshare. No interest in the timesahre whatsoever and we will stand firm. But after the presentation is the holiday genuine we have been told we will need to pay £29.50 airport fees but that is it.

I would like to hear from people who have tried to get their free holiday and find out what problems they have had if any.

Thanks

don't even go to the presentation - been there and done that - they are so good at applying pressure and even tho you can stand firm and not sign up for anything it takes forever and is a total waste of time. Big con! and chances are there'll be a huge catch! lif it sounds too good to be true - IT IS! They will NEVER let go once they have have their teeth into you! forget it and enjoy a holiday YOU are in control of even if its not so exotic sounding!!

In Tenerife you certainly can do any such thing you are feeling like any time of the season as a result of its weather, normal environments and tourist infrastructure designed for enjoyment for the household so this place is the perfect place for an excellent holiday and with hotelbye you will get it. In Tenerife are plenty of things waiting for you really to discover and one particular is in the south west shore of Tenerife. A location that is a spectacular location for watching whales free in the ocean. As much as 26 species are found only down the shore, including baleen whales, monster whales, dolphins, pilot whales and also blue whales. In Tenerife you will even see The Teide National Park. At 3,718 metres, Teide volcano is Spain's highest peak and its two ecosystems produce the climb an event packed with contrasts.

Its not timeshare as such as you are not buying a week in a fixed location! Its all about selling you a week or two weeks holiday. The cost when we wnt was around £2,500 for a week for life. There are loads of nice locations to go to & they do make it sound tempting. But as to the holiday, if you buy into it, they send you to their best location to butter you up. But if you dont, you get sent to some flea ridden dive I would expect as punishment for not buying, as you may have guessed, we didn't buy or take the holiday !!! It wasent far from where we stay & it was a nice evening for a drive to the resort where the presentation was held.

From what i hear they do this all the time in Tenerife. The hard part will be standing firm. The sales patter is really compelling. I bought one ten years ago there and i was sure they would never be able to sell it to me too! In the end its a holiday every yrear that only cost £3k back then. The trick is if you are going to buy one you buy the cheapest apartment at the best time and stick it in the pot. You then just upgrade to what you need when you go where ever you go.

Whatever you do don't take your credit or debit card.
I went to a presentation in the Canaries many years ago and walked away with a Free radio, ( after an argument ) but the radio never worked.
Best avoid the temptation as you will be caught for the new Government tax anyhow and your accommodation may be basic!

It may be real enough, but for sure they'll nag you to death every minute you're there..

By the way, if one really did want to consider purchasing a timeshare...the only way to do that (according to economy experts) is to buy one as a resale.

Many regret the purchase and want to unload them for whatever they can get. Average savings are between 40% and 60% - and sometimes even more than that.

It's a KNOWN fact that timeshares depreciate significantly.

This is time share! Nothing more nothing less. If you want a peaceful holiday, pay and go elsewhere. otherwise you will be badgered all the time. I used to work for a time share company years ago, and it's a sprat to catch a mackerel. Sorry to disappoint you.

not been but have had the same offer.
Don't even go they will try to talk you into buying and it will be 29.50 each.
You will get a voucher to book a hol and will have to go to another
presentation even if they bother to find you one after turning them down the 1st time.
