What are the natural skin whitening items to use external and internal.?

If anyone you know, who got great results then write what they used to got their skin changed like a miracle. How many days they have used these things. are they home preparations or readily available.
I have one black spot on my cheeks nearly two inches. so I want to clear it without harmful products and want to get my skin smooth transparent good looking. please ask your friends also to give some result giving tips. my advance thanks to all who involve in this answers column.

Porcelana (I'm not sure if I am spelling that right). I think it may have female hormones in it so if your a man I wouldn't use it. It takes weeks of using it to whiten the skin. I don't know what is causing the black spot so maybe you may ask a doctor to remove it for you.

Actually there is a natural way, but it takes a long time. I used hydroquinone lighteners, the one Michael Jackson used and it was AWFUL, I broke out like crazy and then I found out it causes cancer, ugh. But I have a weird dark spot on my upper lip so I was desperate- then I tried vitamin K cream and it worked! It took about six months but really evened the spot out (and cost about $13)!

The only natural way to whiten your skin is to stay out of the sun.
