I would say yes to an extent, but no matter what they have to know what they are doing and last longer than 1 minute.

depends. If a guy is small AND is sexually conservative it's not to fun. A guy who's small can still learn to satisfy a women. In the long run nice girls aren't really looking for size at all, they really don't care.
