(1) I should be able to search the MLS as well as non-MLS items (ie more choices local to me)
(2) virtual tours! Very important, and i think the trend with most realtors is that they are using YouTube to post a video tour rather than some annoying applet that lets you skew a room (those applets really annoy me, they are not any more helpful than a series of photos)
(3) search by any number of parameters (number of garages, pools, bathrooms, stories, central heating)
(4) links to outside resources that either gives the tools to the user, or gives instructions to the user to find out additional information (the matriculation rate of the high schools local to the area of the home, the crime rate, etc!)

I would like to see every thing that is for sale in a area. Not just one agents or brokers listings. Even new homes, and From all the MLS's not jsut one.

For to long the market has been shorted by not listing and hinding so mush stuff. This has created a false shortage and thus drove up prices.

How els could they of made the bubble. If you or some one els does not do this there will be a.

MLS for all property bought and sold ran by the county. That is mandatory, public assailablerty, Then you will have a fair open and honest market.

It should be mandatory for those lazy agents to find out what schools are in the disctrict where the house is. I see SO many listings that just say "PBE" (per board of education) instead of the name of the schools because the listing agent just can't be bothered finding out.

pics of properties,pricing of prop,number of rooms,bedroom,bathrooms..address of realtors,contact infos,would like if they put a credit requirements but they don't..
