Definitely, if life can exist on earth and we can make rockets, so can others. There must be many more planets having conditions suitable for the existence of higher forms of life. I'm pretty sure that alien and U.F.Os exist.
Very few have really been seen. Most are only tricks of light or stories said by people to gain popularity.

U.F.O. stands for Unidentified Flying Objects. Yes, we have seen things we cannot identify. So, yes, UFOs exist.

What you really meant to ask is, "Are some UFOs really alien spacecraft?"

So far we've seen no verifiable evidence of other sentient species. That said, I believe with some certainty that somewhere in our galaxy at some past, present, or future time, a sentient species did/does/will exist.

Why haven't we heard from them?

Perhaps they are not technologically advanced enough to be heard. They may be mastering stone knives right now, or experiencing their own Rennaisance.

Perhaps they are here right now. Any species sufficiently advanced to travel interstellar distances would be able to hide or masquerade with ease. That Boeing 737 that just flew by may be a surveillance craft.

Perhaps they are so far away they will never notice us and vice versa.

Perhaps they existed a million years ago and died out.

Perhaps they will exist a million years from now.

It is really impossible to know for sure.

The Drake Equation suggests that there is sentient life out there. The Fermi Paradox casts doubt. Play around with the calculation form at the second link and see what you think.

UFO as claimed to be seen by many here and there on the earth cant be totally ignored. It is possible that living beings from other Galaxies may have sent their spaceships which we see as UFOs.It could also be their satellites . I think, UFOs do exist, and most people see them every day. The term "UFO" means "Unidentified Flying Object" and can technically be used to refer to any object in the sky that you cannot clearly identify, such as the lights I can see outside my windows every night that are probably airplanes (but could be reflections, or helicopters, etc.).

"UFO" is not synonymous with "alien spacecraft" or "flying saucer", for which there is currently no evidence of existance.

From the observations of past few decades, it will not be right to say that UFOs do not exist. Many people have seen them and their photographs are also available.
