Viagara does not work well for me. I haven't tried other brands or types of ED Medication. Do some work better or differently than others?

But primarily I would like to know if there is any type of strap-on device that would aid with penile insertion which might also allow for some feeling of sensation during intercourse?

I've heard about some rubber rings you can wear, and there are some with vibrate rs that both partner can enjoy. But anyway you should go to a doctor,it could be health problems and the doctor is the only one who can help you.Sex is very important to the couple, and if you want to respond efficiently, you should go.Take Care!

I had an acquaintance, a few years back that was in a similar situation. He got a surgical procedure- "Penial Implant". Don't know all the indepths of it, but he was definitely singing it's praises....

Try an Adult Movie/ Sex toy shop. I hear they sell a lot of things that might benefit your problem.

It certainly cannot hurt, just maybe embarrass.
