No difference. It's a small island group in the Indian Ocean, belonging to Australia as an external territory. Its name is officially written "Cocos (Keeling) Islands", but that is just intended to signify that either Cocos Islands or Keeling Islands is correct. It was named for Captain William Keeling, who sighted it in 1609. It was uninhabited until 1826, so there is no "native" name for it.
