How can we bring in better team effort and sharpen reflexes of Indian Cricket team???

In order to get the players show better commitment on the field they should be firstly physically fit.
Secondly they should be motivated so that they feel that they are representing the country and that will get them to perform at the best of their abilities.
They should always know that there are millions watching and fillowing their footsteps .
hence thart will keep them going and fully focussed .

Hi friend!
Witnessed today's match. Wasn't this an instance of team work. Of course there were lapses when Lankans batted. Team selection appears okay on paper. Team should stay focused throughout the match, fielding should get better with every match and there should be no place for casual approach or over confidence at any stage of the game. Remember what happened in the second match with SL? Physical fitness of every player should be closely watched and for every match all 15 players should be available fully fit to take the field and raring to go. The team can also get the help of a good counsellor to get the team into match fit shape

shear hard work, by dedicated practice in a very disciplined and organised way. The practice session should start immediately under a strict supervision. It should be rigirous no one should be spared from attending the training. The entire team should be made to stay togeyher throught the training session. Finally before priceeding to west indies all players should be given just two days to spend time with their families. Families should not be allowed to stay with the players during the matches
