have just bought usb freeview?

when down loading softwear iam asked for a payment is this a one off or subscription its for £24

hope you didn't buy it, i think its top up tv looking for money off you, ignore it!

Maybe you are downloading software to enable the unit to work with "Top Up TV" and that is the initial charge for the software. I believe that there is a monthly charge of Â£9.99.

No one should obtain "Top Up TV" until after they check that all normal Freeview channels work (over a few days)..
