Yes. Ravinder bopara is a Sikh. He is the second Sikh to play cricket for England, after Monty Panesar.

Yes, he is. His parents are originally Punjabi Sikhs.

The England cricket team has been multi-ethic since at least the early eighties, its not a new thing...althougth these days there are more Anglo-Asians than Anglo-Carribbeans in the side.

not really the only chance they have of winning however monty is brilliant, havent been convinced by ravi as of yet but he hasnt had much of a chance really. i think we will be seeing a few british asians coming through soon hopefully adil rashid will come through and live up to his reputation.
