This is an urgent enquiry. For some time past I am trying to captyre the image of the moon on my large mirror, and then look at the image through my binoculars to see if I could obtain the deatails of the moon's surface. I do not see any difference in perspective , Can someone explain as to why I am unable to see enlarged details, even though mu binoculars are of high degree of magnification? Many thanks

You require a good terrestrial telescope for this purpose. Ordinary telescope and binoculars can not solve this problem only due to low value of their maginification.
