i m knowing every thing but some senior person ask me than i m not giving u beteer answer than i expecting. plz give me an appropriate ans i m very worry since last many years.

Is this about a job. If you've been unhappy for so many years, why are you in the same job. Time to move on and to find a place that would appreciate you. This place doesn't but they've still kept you so you must have beniffited them. An employer who shows no appreciation is not worth it.
