Maybe it's because films like that have millions and millions of dollars for budget and a film with you and your friends and a 150 dollar video camera won't be able to make the same effect?

i'm advantageous there would be diffused variations over the years. working example: same twins -- one that spent years chewing gum, jointly as the different did no longer, would probably have a fuller visual attraction to the jawline. the only twin who did no longer bite gum ought to have a thinner-finding face. Heavy drug or alcohol use, or another stressful events would even have much greater drastic consequences to one's visual attraction. additionally evaluate this: "chuckle lines" (or crow's feet) on the outer corners of one's eyes are mentioned back from smiling, giggling, & squinting in good, obtrusive mild & dusty circumstances. The "work out" you pronounced would in all probability have not have been given any substantial result because of the fact the exchange would only come from long-term repetition. i'm speaking existence-time, no longer only a pair years. ~:)>

They used 'invisible' (ie transparent, non-shiny) tape to pull their noses up (ala Tubbs and Edward) on stage. On TV, it's more latex prosthetics - noses, jowels blended in with make up, false eyebrows, wigs... and lots more make-up. Occasionally, full face masks made of latex/silicon.

they use prosthetics but somehow manage to get their noses to turn up and go piggy-shaped. Having said that, one of the actors (without makeup) actually has a turned up piggy nose anyway, so I guess he doesn't need makeup.
