To many people, the USA is great because it's their own country. Fair enough; that's their right and I respect that.
However, from an objective perspective, the USA isn't really that great at all. It's military is being eclipsed by China, its economy is far weaker than Japan's, it's health and education systems are worse than just about everywhere in Europe, Americans actually have LESS freedom than people in most of the West, it's engaged in a pointless war it can't win, and it is slowly collapsing under its own weight.
There are still things that are great about the USA, but it really isn't the greatest country in the world.

Great question! That could have been the right answer long ago. But not any more. Now, it's all about power. We are great at foreign aid.....then why do we choose to STAY in that country?? It's all about power now. And the fact that the New World Order is in the forefront of many political minds these days. Don't think so? Read a transcript of Pelosi's first speech....even she mentions it.

I have never heard that statement before. My guess that you heard it in your mind. The USA is a great nation because of the Freedom that we defend. We refuse to be lock step with world opinion , instead we do what is best for America. Why do so many want to come here. It is because of our greatness. Yes, we do have a strength of our military, but our true strength is our Freedom.

America takes more immigrants and refugees each year than the rest of the world combined.
Perhaps you should ask them what makes America great!

America has the most nuclear warheads. That's a fact.Americans are getting arrogant.Apparently, America isn't so great because she needs these warheads to 'persuade' the rest of the world.
