First of all the U.S. Mint strikes coins, the (BEP) Bureau of Engraving and Printing, print our paper money.It is an error note and there is really no price guides on them. Best bet take it to a currency dealer. The 1999 dollar was printed at 2 places, one was Washington DC, the other was Fort Worth Texas.
