I lost weight after mine, though I kept my ovary's.

This question is very confusing! Everyone's weight does not increase after they give birth. You need to speak to a Dr. to voice your concerns. Most women loose babyweight as the uterus contracts & afterwards they exercise to get down to their desired weight.
