I ask my doctors if they can tell me how to boost my immunity but they never tell me how

yes i have more information, i am 24 i have 2 little girls, age 2 and 4 they keep me busy and i wanna feel good so i can take better care of them, i do take a daily iron tablet (with vitamin c included) its over the counter one, I am slightly overweight which i am currently dieting at the moment and am loosing, someone asked how i am feeling, well i have lack of energy, feeling tired, Bowel problems, Headache's alot its an awful feeling,because i just want to be more active, hapy and healthy anyway i will go to the doctor and get a blood test, thankyou to all who have helped me.

also everytime there is a sickness going around i seem to get it without fail, The doc says that "Im unlucky and thats just how it is" but i feel it could be more then that.

Try a vitamin specifically for women, exercise, eat healthy and get on a regular sleeping pattern.
It will take a few months to see results.
