Preeti is a Sanskrit word. Its not same as english word Pretty.
It means Love, Joy, adore, "well wish" etc.

Preeti is an Indian font that you have to install to read certain Indian/Nepalese dialects (see the link below). It's also a rather common first name for girls and women in India. It sounds almost like the English word "pretty" so that makes it a pretty nice word!
P.S. Shame on the ignorant people on this site who thought the asker misspelled the word "pretty". Must be Anglo trash who only speak one language!
