Education can open many doors for you. Lack thereof can hinder you. I am currently teaching adult literacy to a 49 year old woman, she cannot read above the 4th grade level. Because of this she cannot pass any of the tests for advancement at work, she can't read to her grandchildren nor can she get a drivers license. Be happy you have the oppurtunity and resources to get an education to do what you want in life.

You will see people in school that you haven't seen in a long time. You are alive enough to go to school. You have a brain in your head enough to handle school. You will meet people you haven't met before who could inspire you. As for before school, you can still hang out with people and goof off. You can do whatever you want until school including staring up into the sky to see the clouds. Take hikes, go biking, fishing, dirt biking, horseback riding, see a movie, watch DVD's, watch TV, and so on, depending on your likes and dislikes. And...you can answer questions here until you go back to school!!! Good luck!!!

you live in a western country ...you are in the top ten percent of the world's wealthy ...you have an education and a future ...you're young and you have your whole life ahead of you ...i'm assuming you're not seriously ill or physically handicapped ...you're intelligent enough to know how to use a computer and post on these sites ...you're so incredibly lucky that you can't even begin to understand it ...and i'm sure you're creative enough to find another million reasons why you're better off than 90 percent of the world's population ...offer up a prayer of thanks for all the things you have to be happy for
