There was someone I knew who kept hurting me and hurting me w/know remorse or anything. I cared so much about this person and just can't understand why they would act like that to someone who cares. How do I stay strong and not let it bother me?

Blow off the person and keep on living. Your world will not stop spinning because this person is a rude, inconsiderate, brat but eventually this person will want to count on you for something and you have the opportunity to blow them off. Or, you can be the bigger person and tell them what they did to hurt you and help them anyway. In any event, stop letting them get to you!! People change and you need to be flexible and move on when that happens in a bad way. Good luck!!!

Hit something? I was really stressed during the exams period and my Dad started nagging. So I punched the cupboard in frustration.Fractured my finger and had to hold the spoon in my left hand for months. What I'm trying to say is:don't hurt yourself.
Either move on or sit down and have a good talk.

they're probably think you're not cool enough. i had the same experiance. a real good friend of mine came over every day and we had so much fun. but once school started again, he became a total asshole. last i saw him he kicked a half full bottle of powerade all over my face.
just move on and ignore whoever is hurting you. most likely they have mental problems, like they're bipolar or something.

You stay strong by learning from it, always remind yourself that the possibility of that happening again will always exist. Be more selective who you decide to trust.
