practice, baby practice. u need lot more practice in differential calculus.
im not gonna post the solution as it'll be 2oo long but u can differentiate it by using the quotient rule.
if u don't know it, search on google or yahoo.

if it is
y=(2+x^2)/sqrt(a^2-x^2)
then
y'={ 2xsqrt(a^2-x^2)+[x(2+x^2)]/sqrt(a^2-x^2)}/(a^2-x^2)
