I used to babysit a little girl who could tickle herself. We would be watching Barney for the millionth time and I would hear her giggle. I looked over and she was tickling her own feet. I'm not ticklish.

its got to do with a sensor in the human brain,because ever since birth humans have had to touch themselves whether to bathe,change clothes etc,which i think it a good thing you cant tickle tickle yourself just for those who are extremely ticklish and may pee their pants.
