Wold anybody care to read my thoughts (after 50 years of doing it) on why we crossdress. It's too long to post here so email me. I would welcome feedback.

It all started for me the first time my grandma gave me a pair of her panties & shorts to wear because I had an accident when I was young. Then it was a pair of panties in the laundry room, next that feeling as I was putting on pantyhose for the first time & let's not forget that first bra, pair of high heels & lipstick. I was hooked & crossdressing every chance I had. I'd dress-up in any type of female clothing I could get my hands on & I was always the first to volunteer to dress as a girl for any reason. And that's how I started crossdressing over 30 years ago.

For one reason or another the brain is hardwired to associate clothing with the gender. When a crossdresser wears female clothing then his brain produces a series of neurotransmitters which give him the feelings of well-being, pleasure, sexual gratification, and self-identity. There neurotransmitters are powerful stuff -- the same chemicals associated with addictive behavoir. It becomes addictive and the crossdresser feels a NEED for these items of clothing. There is a "high" derived from crossdressing and the crossdresser is drawn to this "high".

He can either fight this addiction or allow it to progress. If it progresses then the crossdresser will work hard to achieve his image of the feminine. He will create a female alter-ego, he will give "her" a name and even fall in love with this alter-ego. As the crossdressing addiction progresses he arrives at a crisis. At this point he must decide on how to become even more feminine. He will consider feminizing drugs or even surgery. He may even consider become a female, claiming that he is a woman trapped in a man's body.....

I agree that the true answer would be far too long to be written here, however, the abridged version for me is- because I am compelled. I was hooked from the first second I put on my cousin's skirt. I love the feeling of being feminine, wearing women's clothing allows me to express my fem side. X-dressing has been such fun for me over the years, and even if I COULD stop, I would not.

My first xdresing experience was wen i was young and felt like copying a wrestler (As like most lads i was a big wrestling fan). I liked it so much that i decided to do it properly and now 8 yrs later after quiting and restarting several times i could not think of anything id rather be doing.
