I'd doubt it...miscarriages can happen after the first trimester...but your body might be trying to tell you something (like maybe you could use more rest)
If you want my best non-formally-educated wild guess...maybe your feeling the effects of relaxin--which is a hormone your body produced throughout pregnancy for various reasons...but one effect of it is the relaxing of ligaments (a good thing since that baby has to make it through a small space, and if it's even somewhat more flexible it would help). Anyway, if you're tired you might feel some stretching and pulling on these areas...

Or even more likely you could be feeling Braxton-Hicks contractions--think of those as your uterus practicing for real labor...however they shouldn't really be painful...(this early) so the very best thing you could do is go see your ob/gyn to make sure everything is ok (today if you can).

But please take care of yourself and your baby...and don't overdo it.

No, I went out and was around loud music when I was rpegnant too. It's fine, but if you start feeling dizzy or get cramps/pains, sit down for a while until you feel better and make sure you're drinking a lot of water when you're out and about!

Also, at 24 weeks pregnant it wouldn't be a miscarriage. A miscarriage is generally before about 15 weeks. In another week your baby has a shot at living if it were to be born. But yeah, if you lost your baby at the gestation you're at it would be a still birth.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and with the birth! Parenting is a lot of fun!

Uh. When you say "go out to a club", do you mean drinking and heavy dancing? If so, yes, and stop doing it. If not, it's not the vibrations, could be caused by something else. Period pain isn't a good sign either way.

Here's a thought...if it is causing distress, don't do it. If you feel that it is something that is endangering your pregnancy, just don't go. I hate to be the one to break this to you, but your clubbing days may well be a thing of the past. From this point on and for at least the next 10 years if not more, every decision you make, you are making for you and that child. It's not just about you anymore.

no it will not cause a miscarrige. the pains are normal it happens to some woman. i would try and relax and stay off of your feet. if you go to a doctor they will most likely put you on bed rest. just try to take it easy for a few weeks. good luck and congards.

Sweetie no, that can't cause a miscarriage so relax. But maybe you want to avoid the clubs until after your baby is born (oh but for God's sake don't be like Britney)! lol

I seriously doubt it, but remember that babies can hear the noise and will probably not like it-mine didn't like loud noises while I was pregnant. You are well past the point of having to really worry about miscarriages.
