can i transplant (resite) a one year old raspberry plant?

OK to move but when digging up leave plenty of room around the stem as the roots tend to go side ways a fair distance , new hole treat with a good fertiliser (blood and bone meal ) then plant as normal

Yes - just dig it up and re-plant it where you want it - It will recover.
