No big surprise there. Seems to me our government doesn't care anything about the Constitution or people's rights.

Well, you are partly right. They are not reading ever email out there. There isn't enough time or manpower to do so. They have programs set that filter data, looking for certain "flags". In the email case, it is key phrases that could be linked to terrorist activities.
The same thing happens when you go to the library and check out the Anarchist Cookbook, or other books along those lines. So, if your are a normal America, emailing your friends, family, and co-workers, you really don't have anything toworry about.

This is more propaganda crap, they are not doing that , this will be done only and if a Democrat is elected President. The only emails that are monitored are people who are suspected terrorist, are you a terrorist? If not, then why worry about it. Besides, remember that Al Gore said , he invented the Internet, if that is true, then blame him. If he is the owner, he is the one reading your email. Of course we do know he is a lair. As far as a search warrant, they would not need one.

If they were, what would be your point? Privacy rights have never had a concrete definition, and we are not guaranteed absolute rights on anything. If you know (or think) this, quit corresponding with emails that you think might get you into trouble. The "oh, my rights" thing isn't valid. You should know better.

<<>>> Many Republicans voted specific on the NDAA. It surpassed with a veto info majority in the two properties. Too undesirable we can't anticipate the Republican controlled place of abode to shoot down such measures. they are asserting they are going to seem after "freedom", whether they define "freedom" as tax breaks for their prosperous living house proprietors.

they aren't coming in my house so I don't have a problem with them reading my email, nothing off the wall to read anyway....If it prevents another 9/11 or something like it, well, guess them reading our emails to me, isn't worth freaking out over..The FBI can turn your microphone/speaker on, on your cell phone, even if the phone is turned off, Fox news reported it....You have to take the battery out for them not to be able to listen to you in your home....Now that is invasion of privacy......
