No, rabbits do not menstruate. What causes menstruation in mammals is when there is no baby in the uterus, the body removes the uterine lining, which causes bleeding. In rabbits and other rodents, the unused uterine lining is reabsorbed into the body, and does not cause a menstrual cycle, but rather a oestrus cycle (the absorption of the uterine lining).
If your rabbit is bleeding, she is likely injured internally or externally. She should see a vet immediately, if not sooner.

No.

If the bleeding continues (3-7 days) or becomes too frequent, bring her to the vet for a checkup.

Are there any other male rabbits around in the cage too? It could be a cause for it as she might be pregnant and had a miscarriage (eg, due to shock/pressure).

Clean the cage often (once in 3-4 days) and check her daily.

Good luck!

I don't think so, but I would be keeping a good eye on her and if there is any sign of bleeding again I would take her to the vet for an opinion. Good luck.

its a way of life...once you get to that age.
i know that for girl dogs, many people had a similar problem, and they got doggie diapers..but most just get their dogs spayed.
