Walking on the beach, watching the sunset, hiking at Torrey Pines, beach volleyball, checking out the scenery at the top of Mt. Soledad, a picnic at a park, explore the Botanical Gardens at Balboa Park, bicycling along the coast....these activities are all free.
In addition, on Tuesdays at Balboa Park the different museums will rotate which one is free.
