i'm a triathlete, and an amatuer Ironman triathlete and i eat fairly healthy, but i want to ensure that i get all the vitamins and minerals that are needed for my physically active lifestyle...is Centrium 21 the right one for me?

in generaly they're all pretty much the same. you might want to look for one that has vitamins and mineral supplements in them.
the ones that are marketed towards specific age groups like "50+" and stuff just mean they have more of some vitamins and less of others. ifyou're eating healthy it doesnt matter, you probably would only need a little bit anyway.

You can take Nutrilite Daily tablets one per day or drink Noni herbal fruit juice twie a day which is a very good supplemt.
