why USA is one of the most dominating country of the world?

Control of resources.

Large population; large country, isolated from much of the world.

USA because of its superpower status, is enforcing itself as the Policeman of the world by regulating the use of nuclear weapons and invading suspected countries that harbors terrorists. USA can do such actions with impunity because it has the military hardware and support of the international community.
