Breast implants Yeah or Nay?

My wife wants to get breast implants. Her breasts are really small and after she got pregnant they got really big, she breast fed and its like they deflated. And now they sag. I love her like she is, but she wants them. I told her whatever makes her happy. She is not depressed about her body, but would just like to improve her looks. I heard a lot of good stories and some bad ones. Yeah or Nay?

If she wants them done then I completely feel for her and understand. I am only 21 and am having mine reduced from 36G to 36D so I personally know how wonderful it feels to feel womanly and have large breasts and Iunderstand that it is a vanity thing- that is my main reason for having a reduction.
As long as she is not getting them done to a huge size like E + cup which would then cause her discomfort then she should go for it.
My employer had her implants done 5 months ago (she is 21) and she went from a from barely filling a 30A cup to a 30C cup and they look beautiful. She has not told many people that she had the implants done and they have not noticed. I have had so may clients tell me that she has lovely breasts - they can't even tell that they are fake. And I have never seen my employer so happy with herself.

Your wifes self esteem would benefit incredibly from this and contrary to what some people say and believe she will most likely only need to have them done once, not every 10 years.

First thing I'd do is to find a reputable surgeon who does breast augmentation surgery. Make a consulting type of appointment. If the doc won't do it; find another one who will. Listen to his advice because he's the one who has done these types of surgery. He will also know what size you would look best. Don't just think a D is the best for you; it may be a C but he would be able to tell you that. Truthfully, I would not have anything done because of all the problems I've read about over the years. Most of the women I know who have had the surgery have either had the implants taken out or had to replace them. This is an elective surgery and will not be covered by insurance. I don't think it is worth your health once you get older to put a pouch of saline solution in your body and sew it in there so it doesn't move. Your body grows old but your breasts don't? It is a major surgery and there is always a chance of complications. But, again, talk to your doctor.

My best friend was an A cup... she got breast implants to a C & now she can't seem to keep 'em covered! Seriously. We went to a wedding and her big guns were the focus of the entire ceremony.

Personally, from a girl's persepctive, I think breast implants are just silly. It's usually obvious to the world what you've done... and unless a gal's goal is to look like a porn star, it's best to stick with what nature intended. I'm sure your wife doesn't want to look like a hoochie, but (as history shows) this is usually the result.

Breast implants need to be removed every 10 years. Once breasts have been enlarged with implants it is something that has to be continued or the breasts will super sag. Breast implants are contra indicated with mammograms. Hope this has helped a little towards your wife's decision.

I believe this is a very personal choice.
Please be sure you interview several Dr.'s before going through with the surgery.
I have GF's whom have had breast implants and they love them.

Do not go against nature. Be happy with what you have. You will end up paying heavily after wards.

this is tough depending on how self concious she is....i personally would say whatever makes her happy but always remember that it doesnt always work out
