One difference i've long noticed is the names. People from Hong Kong tend to have English given names, and the family name is last, as in English-speaking countries. (Example: Jackie Chan.)

I'm not. I just know the difference between Chinese writing and Japanese writing, the difference between their looks and the difference between their spoken language. Chinese and Japanese, that is.
