If we knew what caused Gravity, there might be a better answer to this. As best we know, there is no anti-gravity. One theory about gravity says that it's linked to a yet-undiscovered subatomic particle called a graviton. Following that, it would be logical to assume that anti-gravity would be tied to an anti-graviton or some graviton repulsion force.

Gravity, as a simple observation is a force between objects possessing mass.

What we call mass is described by our existing knowledge of atomic and sub-atomic particles.

A simple scientific observation has recently discovered that for all the cosmos our knowledge of physics can detect, the rate of expansion of universe has accelerated beyond explanation.

There is evidence of matter and energy around us that we can not detect, namely dark matter and dark energy.

Deducting from our simple observation of gravity, if we have different types of matter around, they can exhibit different aspects of gravity.

What we may call anti-gravity may well be some resultant force between factors we know very little about.

So, just because we can not see certain phenomena, it does not mean they do not exist. Future will reveal more knowledge of anti-gravity.
