Your problem isn't your skin color or your hair texture, Ry. To me, I think me and you just gotta start beating some @$$. I got your back, man. But for real, having different/lighter features doesn't mean somebody is good looking. I've seen plenty of FUGLY light skinned people and GOOOORRRRRRRGEOUS dark skinned people. In fact, I had this one girl in mind. Boy I tell you. Her skin is really dark and she's really really just..wow. Perfect. I remember she said though that people used to make fun of her because she's dark and for a while she hated her skin too. But then (I forget the whole story) I guess she said "forget them" because she knew she was dope and beautiful and all that and now nobody messes with her. I would say that's for two reasons. 1. She's confident and people know saying she's anything less than pretty is bull so they don't bother. 2. She's the kind of girl to beat a *****'s @$$. Maybe that's what you gotta do. Love yourself, know you're the sh!t and...the rest will follow.

go back to using the cream or nething else to remove the hair, same thing happened to me, i shaved only for convienance, and boy it sucks, but once you stop it will fade, palmers does not work! dont waste your money on that crap, if u ever go to a beauty supply like an asian one, they have SOO many diff. types of bleaching bar soap, i would go with that.

You need professional help and unfortunately it is not cheap. The best source of treatment is at Obagi, a clinic for the skin in Beverly Hills. Good luck.

A good product to use is Palmers bleaching cream. It may smell a little bit, but not much, I believe they now have a lemon scented product. I've used this and it does wonders!

G'luck!
