I live in an apartment and I don't like my porch light being on but my manager says it's a safety hazard even though he's made it up my steps numerous times without falling on his behind to ***** at me. How do I crack the filament and put out the light without him knowing when his dumbas* is fixing it?

Shake it HARD when it's hot - that's when it's at its weakest.

Shake the bulb to break the filament

If you are looking for an alternative to shaking, here it is. Wire a lamp to a 220v plug. Screw in the bulb, and turn it on. Don't look at the light, you could get welder's burn. This way you could burn out packs. Replace your landlord's bulbs with the burnt out ones, and he will go nuts. If he asks, you should respond by asking him if the wiring is safe. Perhaps he should get it inspected.

Get off the meth and just sleep at night. I'm wondering if you even know it is a violation of the law to purposely defeat a security measure, and that the light is for your safety not the managers. It is a fire/ life/ safety issue regarding how much light is in any given location for the safe egress of persons during a fire or other catastrophe. A fireman could actually have you arrested for this.

carefully drill a hole in the base and break the filament with a same size object. it you "burn" out the bulb, it'll turn dark.
